Reservoir Analysis

Reservoir characterization involves a wide range of techniques on different scales. The reconstruction of the basin development plays a central role in order to be able to make better predictions on facies distribution, the occurrence of fault zones or the distribution of temperature and pressure. The focus of reservoir characterization is on process-oriented sedimentology, tectonics, seismic interpretation, provenance analysis and remote sensing.
